Why do I do it?
My perspective on business and life was shaped early on. When my mum passed away when I was fourteen, it taught me a lesson in resilience that I carry with me every day. It’s not a sob story, and I don't look back with regret; I look back with the understanding that our time here is precious and our potential is meant to be realised.
I took that drive and poured it into the business world, where I learned how to turn failing companies into multi-million pound success stories. But during that time, I discovered a simple truth: the strategies and scripts only worked when the person delivering them was being completely authentic. I learned that authentic sales sell, every single time.
Now, my work is dedicated to that single idea. I see too many brilliant entrepreneurs held back by the myth that they need to be someone else to succeed. My purpose is to give you the practical tools that build incredible businesses, while also doing the deep inner work that connects you to your most authentic self. ✅The Digital Fast: No phone for the first hour. I refuse to start my day in “reaction mode.” My energy is mine first.
✅Future-Self Consultations: I speak to my future self in the mirror. I ask how they would lead today. It sounds insane; it works perfectly.
✅Somatic Regulation: 30 minutes of movement to calm my nervous system. A regulated body makes confident decisions. Confident decisions make money.
✅Neural Rehearsal: I visualise my day as if it’s already won. My brain doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality so I program it for success.
✅Price Desensitisation : I say my new numbers—£10k, £25k, £50k out loud until they feel boring. Your mouth has to get comfortable with the numbers before your client ever will.
The Power of 11: 11 minutes of pure silence. Teaching my nervous system it’s safe to just be.
Excessive? Maybe. Effective? Absolutely.
